Flair is a Copenhagen based creative image-making studio and directors collective, founded by Jeppe Lange, Ditte Ludvigsen and Bjarke Underbjerg in 2025.
We are directors, creatives, visual artists, and image-makers dedicated to shaping strong visual narratives through both creativity and technical craft.
We take on projects where we lead the creative vision, as well as projects where we collaborate closely with other directors and creatives to bring theirs to life.
The core strength of Flair lies in the combination of skills within the team. Jeppe and Bjarke are seasoned directors and traditional filmmakers who each brings a profound sense of storytelling and aesthetics to the table. Ditte anchors the collective with a background in concept art, drawing and animation, and a sharp eye for visual detail.
Beyond the craft, the three are also simply very good friends who enjoy working together, which creates a collaborative dynamic where ideas are shaped and refined together.
Ditte Ludvigsen
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Ditte started out with a pencil in hand, always drawing. That early passion led her to The Animation Workshop, and later into the world of design and art direction within the VFX industry.
She spent nearly eight years at Bacon X, moving through roles as Designer, AD and eventually Ass. CD. During that time, she helped shape campaigns for brands like Nike, Volvo, Audi, Magnum - working on everything from global launches to Super Bowl Commercials.
Before Bacon X, Ditte worked in Berlin and London with studios including Blink Ink and Sehsucht.

Jeppe Lange has a background from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. Over the past six years, he has been at the forefront of exploring artificial intelligence as a creative tool in filmmaking.
His short film Abyss (2020), created with AI, screened at more than 90 festivals worldwide, and his most recent animated film I am everything (2025) opened the Nordisk Panorama Film Festival.
Alongside his films, Jeppe has written essays on AI for the Danish newspaper Information and taught on the subject at The National Film School of Denmark.
He has also shared his expertise widely through talks and workshops for organizations such as the Danish Broadcast Corporation, Nordisk Film, Adobe, and numerous international film festivals.

Bjarke holds a masters degree in film studies from The University of Copenhagen and McGill University in Montréal.Â
He wrote and directed documentaries before entering the commercial film industry where he's worked for  some of the biggest clients in the industry. His film has earned him recognition at Cannes Lion YDA, Ciclope, Shots Award, True Award and more.
